I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT85605) and Registered Play Therapist- Supervisor.   I received my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of La Verne in 2011.   I have had ten years of clinical experience working in school districts, domestic violence shelters, and community agencies.  Additionally, I currently serve as a board member for the California Association for Play Therapy and World Association of Sand Therapy Professionals.

As a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, I have extensive training and experience working with young children and adolescents.  In addition, I enjoy consulting and providing collaborative services with parents, families, and school personnel.

In my work as a play therapist, I have had the opportunity to assist children who have experienced difficulties with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, attachment issues, foster care and adoptions, divorced or separated parents, developmental disabilities, and behavioral difficulties at school and home.  I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment in which your child has opportunities to explore feelings, solve problems, and try new approaches.  I work closely with each parent to carefully evaluate your concerns for your child and to develop a treatment plan that meets your child's individual needs.
